We have expanded the registration options to include online registration in addition to on-site registration (starting from July 18th, available only for credit card payment). We encourage you to take advantage of the convenient online registration, which allows for the issuance of Meeting Planner IDs and the downloading of participation certificates in advance.

Please note that the download for the participation certificate will be available starting from August 1st.

We will provide the documents for visa applications to presenters of oral and poster presentations who need to apply for the visa to enter Japan.
We can send a letter of invitation as well.

The documents for visa which we can provide:
-Letter of Invitation
-Letter of Guarantee
-Enroll certificate of President of the 46th JNS meeting
-Itinerary in Japan

Length of stay that we can support：
Maximum 7 days (4 meeting days + 3 days)
We are not able to support your stay in Japan if you are going to stay more than 7 days.

*The documents will be sent to those who request on a first-come-first-served basis starting from May 8th.

Under the meeting rule, we will not provide above documents to participants who will not present at the meeting. Please apply for the tourist visa or other visas by yourself.
