Neuroscience 2023 provides Travel Award for Domestic Scientists to facilitate participants and presentations of young excellent scientists.
Application period:December 1, 2022 – February 8, 2023, noon (Japan time)
Eligibility:Applicants must be undergraduate or graduate students at the time of submitting their abstracts for Neuroscience 2023.
Requirements:Applicants must be residing in Japan and able to present their papers as a first author on the meeting site. Those residing outside of Japan can apply for Travel Award for Foreign Scientists.
How to apply:Click “Apply for Travel Award for Domestic Scientists” on the registration screen and fill required fields. You need to upload the valid student ID or a document verifying your student status.
You must obtain an approval from your supervisor before applying this award. The name, affiliation and email address of your supervisor are required.
※If you have already completed the abstract submission, log into the abstract submission system by clicking “View / Modify” button, click “Apply for Travel Award for Domestic Scientists” then update and save your submission.
Selection:The Program Committee review all applications, then the Travel Award Selection Committee and the Executive Committee select recipients.
Result:Recipients will be announced on this website and by email in early April 2023.
Award:30,000 JPY (More than 10 recipients will be selected)
